The capital of ELANA Agrocredit was increased from 250 000 registered dematerialized shares to 700 000 shares with nominal value of BGN 1 each.

The capital increase of ELANA Agrocredit was registered at the Trade Register on 14 March 2013.

The increase was made following a decision of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as of 12 February 2013. It was realized via installments by new shareholders.
