In the end of June 2014 ELANA Agrocredit submitted the prospectus for the public offering of new shares to the Financial Supervision Committee for approval. The capital of the company is planned to increase by issuing 15 346 305 new shares.

On 20 June 2014 ELANA Agrocredit BoD decided to increase the capital of the company from BGN 5 115 435 to BGN 20 461 740 by issuing new shares.

The issue price will be BNG 1.05.

The public offering will be considered successful by subscribing minimum of 5 mln. shares.
