On 20 June 2014 the Board of Directors of ELANA Agrocredit decided to start a capital increase via public offering of 15 346 305 new shares.
The plan is to increase the capital of the company from BGN 5 115 435 to BGN 20 461 740. The issue price of the new shares will be BGN 1.05.
The BoD decided that the public offering will be considered successful if minimum of 5 mln. shares are purchased by investors.
ELANA Agrocredit selected ELANA Trading as the broker to manage the process of the offering.
